Heal Racism
Our principle product is our dialogue sessions. Each session of the Institute consists of 10 two-hour dialogues (or equivalent) between and among an intentionally diverse group of people, guided by trained facilitators and enriched with video and print resources. These sessions take place in an atmosphere of Safety, Hope, Love and Mutual Respect, which is maintained by acceptance of "Guidelines for Sharing."
Within ten years, over 3,000 people have completed the program. We have trained over 100 facilitators, developed several workshops and now offering "Institute II" (a natural next step addressing institutional racism).
